made from Sacred Powders by Luang Por Tong Dam Intawaso of Wat Tham Tapian Tong (Lopburi) Released in theMaha Baramee 79 edition of amulets in 2554 BE at Wat Tham Tapian Tong. This edition of Pra Khun Phaen amulets was made in two different versions, an 'Ongk Kroo' Masterpiece version with three Takrut in front face and one large Takrut in the rear face, and in standard version without Takrut. LP Tong Dam is the first apprentice to the Great Luang Phu To of Wat Pradoo Chimplee, and was the Monk who inherited all of LP To's famous sacred powders for use in amulet making.
This is the Ongk Kroo model. The Khun Phaen are made from Nuea Pong Paya Ngiw dam, a Sacred and Rare Magical tree wood, with Hair from Luang Por Tong Dam sprinkled into the Muan Sarn. A gemstone is inserted in the rear face (on both models), along with a large Takrut Hua Jai Khun Phaen (Ongk Kroo model only). A limited edition code number is stamped on the rear face

The two models of Pra Khun Phaen were released in the Maha Baramee 79 edition along with a range of Pra Upakut amulets made in 4 different types of Sacred Powder; Nuea Khaw Gon Badtr (white powder), Nuea Khiaw Giaw Sap (green powder), Nuea Wan Sabu Luead (red powder), and a Masterpiece Model made in Nuea Chan Mak (brown powder), with triple silver Takrut spell inserts. In addition, some Rian Maha Tan Maha Baramee Hlang Yant Duang Sethee (monk coins), and Roop Lor LP Tong Dam, in small Loi Ongk size, large Bucha, and as multi statuettes on a tree (Chor) with 19 statuettes attached.
Wat Tham Tapian Tong is an Ancient Temple in Pattana Nikom district of Lopburi. Luang Por Tong Dam is the current Abbot of the Temple.

The empowerment ceremony for the Maha Tan Baramee 79 editon was held on the 21st August 2554 BE, which was the 79th Birthday of Luang Por Tong Dam.
The empowerment began with the 'Piti Suad Bucha Taep Noppakro', which was performed by the Famous Master of Ceremonies 'Pra Kroo Pawana Sope' of Wat Pha Tamma Sope (Lopburi)
After the Piti Suad Nopakro was finished, the Puttapisek began with 9 Master Monks performing the Incantations and Jhanic empowerments;
Luang Por Tong Dam (Wat Tham Tapian Tong), Luang Phu Suang (Wat Tham Prohm Sawad),Luang Phu Kambu (Wat Gut Chompoo, Ubon Rachatani), Luang Phu Jantr (Wat Jantr Rangsri, Khon Kaen), Luang Phu Muean of Samnak Songk Ban Kong Jaroen in Nong Kai, Luang Phu Chalem (Wat Putta Pradit, maha Sarakam), Luang Por Sawad (Wat Po Taep Prasit, and Luang Por Chaem (Wat Samnak Takror), and Luang Por Suea Ta Tip of Wat Don Yai Puean.
After the Puttapisek Ceremony was over, blessings were given to all Devotees and holy water spraying performed by the four most Adept Master Monks of the Ceremony; LP Chalem performed forehead blessings and tapping on purse blessing to attract wealth, LP Chaem (first apprentice of Luang Por Koon) performed 'Ko Sisa Maha Sap' blessings (knocking on the head with his hand, a tradition made famous by his Mentor Luang Por Koon), LP Sawad performed Metta oil blessiing inscription on the heads of the devotees, and LP Muean performed the 'long mer maha sap' blessing of inscription of wealth seeking spells on the palms of the hands of Devotees.
After the Ceremony was over, a batch of special 'Jaek Taan' Pra Upakut amulets were also handed out to the Devotees who attended and had made merit at the ceremony. The Upakut which were freely distributed were separate from the official edition and were made from Nuea Mai Taep Taro, which is the wood of a tree which Southern Thai people believe to be inhabited by a Deva Spirit and which brings riches, keeps Demons away, increases luck, and protects from harm.
Comes in original box from the Temple. Can be encased if desired.
