In ancient times it was believed that he who carries the gemstOne eyed black cat will have massive fortunes and great luck in Gambling. Pra Ajarn Taep Pongsawadarn created this amulet using the Ancient Wicha, because many Looksit asked him for amulets to assist in Gambling and Lottery wins, but were afraid of Ghosts and did not dare to  keep a Kumarn Tong.

He used Look Krok Maew Dam (Black Cat Baby Corpse), and mixed it with 7 Rok Maew Dam (dried umbilical cords from black cats), which had been donated by Looksit. Pong Puttakun and Pong Khiaw (green powders known for inducing winning in gambling). He then used the Ancient Mon Wicha Pluk Winyaan Maew Dam (spell from the Mon People to reanimated and bring the spirit of a black cat into the amulet). The empowerment and incatations were made in the Uposadha shrine room, and as the Incantations were performed, a horde of cats were heard whining outside the shrine room. This was considered to ba an auspicious blessing and confirmation of successful empowerment.
