The bear teeth came from a Devotee who brought the teeth from Laos, and donated them for Luang Por to empower them, as protective lucky Talismans for the Devotees of Luang Por Prohm to wear, and to help Luang Por raise funds to maintain the costs of the temple.

The Bear Tooth is bound with cord, which has a pendant hoop attached for attachment to a pendant chain or a 'chueak kart aew' waist cord used for Animist Talismans. You can use the hoop to attach the Khiaw Hmee as a pendant to your chosen method of wearing. This particular tooth is a large 3 inch fang from a 'Paya Hmee', which is considered to possess more powerful magic than the fangs of average size bears.
