Special Edition Sacred Herbal Pra Somdej Amulets containing Ancient Chedi powders, and Lek Lai Fragments - Blessed by Kroo Ba Beng of Wat Tanode Luang.
These special Pra Somdej amulets is made from 'Nuea Hlang Chedi' (powdered pieces of Ancient Chedi Stupa, & Lek Lai fragments in the Sacred herbal Powder Muan Sarn. The presence of Ancient Buddhist Chedi Stupa shrine powders, and Lek Lai Fragments lend a vast array of Sacred Powers to this amulet that would need extensive listing, to explain the vast array of blessings and magical effects present within the Sacred Muan Sarn
The series included these Pra Somdej amulets in three differing substances, all of which have differing but equally Sacred Value in their Sacred Ingredients.
Released with a very special range of Somdej Paya Ngiw Dam and Pra Nang Paya series of hand carved from a millions of years old petrified Holy 'Paya Ngiw Dam' tree, this is the second of three different Pra Somdej, and the model which we consider to have the most Sacred Muan Sarn Content.
The black bark Ngiw Dam tree is a Holy tree that is considered 100,000 times more powerful than the white bark version, for the fact that only one in a hundred thousand trees are black, the rest being white.
The edition was made to fund the construction of a Chedi Stupa to insert Buddha Relics into, as pare of the celebrations for His Majesty the King's 85th Birthday. The temple making this edition is the Samnak Songk (forest Sangha station) Phu Taep Thawara Nimit in Kara Buri, Nakorn Rachasima.
In addition to these Pra Somdej, some Pra Nang Paya Buddha Images were also made in 2 materials for release, to cater for ladies and children as well as to add this model to the National Archive of Pra Nang Paya sacred amulets.
The edition was made after finding stegodon and other prehistoric era fossilized bones and tusks, petrified Ngiw tree wood. The edition used the smaller pieces for the making of 4 different types of Pra Somdej and 2 types of Nang Paya amulets. The top Ongk Kroo masterpiece models were made from the stegodon bones and mastodon tusks, which were completely pitch black and petrified, over millions of years.
The Image of the Chedi Stupa is embossed in 3d relief on the rear face.
The Muan Sarn powder mixure used in these Pra Somdej, also contains powders of the smaller fragments of petrified wood and mastodon tusk that were too small to carve into amulets. The black petrified mastodon and stegodon bone/tusk was used only to hand carev Pra Somdej and Nang Paya images in the ultra expensively priced Ongk Kroo Gammagarn models, which were released at a price of over 4000$ Per amulet on release day.
They were snapped up fast by rich devotees collectors and speculators to the point of depletion of stocks.
A few still remain to be found on the inner circle collector circuits, and their value is becoming as high as the top class Pim Niyom amulets of yester year.
Putta Pisek Ceremony was held on the 5th April 2555 BE at 12:55 PM, at the Samnak Songk Forest Temple.
