The sacred powders and herbs used for these rather 'locket-like' amulets, is 'Nuea Pised Gammagarn' (special extra rich 'Gammagarn' mixture) 'Gammagarn amulets are the cream of the crop, and are the ones which recieve the most speciasl ingredients and blessings.

These ones even have real pearls in them, which can be seen sometimes protruding from the surface of the powder, looking like white shiny balls.

Five of the Takruts are inserted into the base of the amulet.

The paetch Payatorn deity is depicted embracing a Maiden. Three real sea pearls are inserted into the sacred powders of the amulet. Nine pure silver takrut are inserted (5 in the bottom, 4 in the rear face), and five Takrut Hnang Ngu.
